Sliding Scale
We all come from different backgrounds and experiences of personal, collective and systemic privilege and oppression. We believe that everyone should have access to mental health and community support.
Our way of standing by this while at the same time offering our work in a sustainable way is through this sliding scale and donation based offerings, which apply to both our individual and group therapeutic services. This was adapted from the School of Lost Borders Sliding Scale.
If you would like to access this please check the considerations below and during our consultation call ask about setting a sliding scale fee that feels adequate for you at this time. Please consider that there are limited spots.
Using the Sliding Scale

Donation Based Offerings for Groups and Workshops:
We realize that even our sliding scale might be out of range for you at any given time. We are also happy to receive donations and have spots in many of our group offerings for this.
