You don’t have to carry it alone. You may hold pain that feels too heavy, too old, or too confusing to name. You might find yourself living in a state of constant tension, disconnection, anxiety, or overwhelm in the wake of trauma—and yet a part of you knows there's more to life than just surviving. I believe that symptoms like anxiety, numbness, and depression are not signs of brokenness, but intelligent responses to what you’ve been through. Together, we’ll learn to listen to these symptoms with compassion and curiosity. As we do, they can begin to shift—offering insights, restoring connection, and allowing healing to unfold.
I believe healing happens in relationship: through deep listening, honest reflection, and the courage to stay with what arises, even when it’s hard. I help clients gently reconnect with themselves at a pace that feels safe and grounded, integrating mind, body, and spirit. I use trauma-informed mindfulness-based, somatic, and holistic approaches.
My style is warm, steady, and attuned. I support clients in building safety in the body, reclaiming inner trust, and integrating parts of the self that may have been pushed away for a long time. You don’t have to do this work alone. If you’re longing to feel more grounded, connected, and whole, I’d be honored to walk alongside you.
